The training takes 7 days and costs EUR 445 (season 2012/2013).
Requirements: entrants must be at least aged 18 in the year of training, have completed Snowboarding Instructor Level I., completed the pre-season seminar, paid membership fees to DUDS, and completed five days practical work (25 hours on the snow) as Snowboarding Instructor Level I.
The price of the snowboard instructor level II. training includes:
• All necessary literature
• Title: ZUTS Snowboarding Instructor Level II.
• Faculty of Sports certificate
• International IVSI licence,
• 28 hours of theory courses,
• 42 hours of practical training on the snow,
• Video analysis,
• Taking the exam before the examination board.
The price of training does not include:
• Ski pass (7 days costs around EUR 150)
• Accommodation (6 days half-board on Krvavec costs around EUR 170)
• Travelling expenses
Content of the Snowboarding Instructor Level II. Training:
• In-depth training of all topics covered in the Snowboarding Instructor Level I. training
• Switch riding
• Freestyle – advanced elements (180, grab, 50/50)
A Snowboarding Instructor Level II. works completely independently anywhere in the world and usually receives slightly higher pay in comparison to Instructors Level I. The same equipment discounts apply as for Snowboarding Instructor Level I.
